Apron feeders

Product Introduction：

Apron feeders are conveying equipment designed for bulk materials. They can handle both fine materials with particle sizes below 5 mm and large materials over 1 m in size. Featuring strong adaptability, adjustable conveying capacity, and continuous, uniform feeding, they are widely used in mining, building materials, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and other industries. Apron feeders offer outstanding advantages including high traction, low power consumption, low wear, minimal material spillage, stable operation, high reliability, long service life, and easy maintenance.

Product Classification

Apron feeders are classified into three types: Light-duty, Medium-duty, and Heavy-duty.

1. Light-duty Apron Feeders

Suitable for bulk materials with a density up to 1200 kg/m³, piece weight up to 140 kg, and temperature up to 350 °C.

2. Medium-duty Apron Feeders

Suitable for bulk materials with a density up to 2400 kg/m³, piece weight up to 500 kg, and temperature up to 400 °C. Typically installed at an inclination angle not exceeding 25°.

3. Heavy-duty Apron

Feeders Used for continuous and uniform feeding from storage bins to crushers, conveyors, or other machinery. Also applied for short-distance conveying of large, high-density materials. Can be installed horizontally or inclined, with a maximum inclination angle of 12°.
